Details are shown here of upcoming meetings, tasks (work parties) and other activities. Meetings are held monthly on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm, at the Meeting Room, Tubbs Community Centre, Fraser Road, Kings Worthy, grid reference SU 491 336, where we discuss all group matters, including projects, tasks and activities. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided at meetings, which usually last one to one-and-a-half hours. Work parties are carried out on every 3rd weekend of the month. Volunteers are asked to wear tough footwear and suitable clothing and to bring own refreshments; we supply tools, gloves and hard-hats. Please arrive promptly for task briefing and safety talk, and adhere to safety practices at all times. All are welcome, however if this is your first time, please contact us to confirm details and procedures. Parents or guardians are asked to take charge of their children - if a child 16 or under wishes to attend on their own you must contact us beforehand. Dogs are allowed!
